Here’s how I created a subtle, natural winged eyeliner.
Apply FlowerColor Eyeshadow in Celestial to the outer part of lid all the way up to crease.
Apply FlowerColor Eyeshadow in Khaki on outer corner and blend into Celestial.
Add FlowerColor Shimmer Dust in Moon in the inner corner and blend into Celestial.
Apply FlowerColor Powdered Eyeliner in Charcoal with eyeliner brush and then smudged into eyeshadow.
Apply FlowerColor Blush in Purity on cheeks.
Apply FlowerColor Shimmer Dust in Moon as highlight on upper cheeks.
Apply FlowerColor Lipstick in Almond with Good For You Gloss in Peace over it.
