Ecco Bella ships all orders US Postal Service unless a customer requests UPS delivery. Please choose US Postal Service when shipping to PO Boxes. All orders will ship within 1 business day. We will notify you by email when your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ecco Bella will refund or exchange any items that are not satisfactory within 30 days of purchase. If products are damaged in transit please photograph in original packaging and submit to email@example.com. If item is not satisfactory because of function or appearance, Ecco Bella may request for the item to be returned or photographed and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ecco Bella needs proof to file a claim of damaged products or to alert manufacturing or quality control.
