Inside Sales Account Representative for natural beauty company,
Ecco Bella, work from your home office! Full or Part Time. Must be Midwest or West Coast based.

Ecco Bella products are sold in natural product stores such as Vitamin Cottage, independent stores, salons, spas, catalogs, pharmacies and gift stores. 

Inside Sales Role.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for keeping our wholesale customers happy!

Each member of the Inside Sales team makes forty wonderful outbound and inbound calls daily to outside sales reps and store buyers in a designated geographical area.

The goal is to provide caring service, encourage orders from our many current accounts and acquire new accounts all via telephone and your sincere wish to be of service.

The Inside Sales Team is the hub of a wheel that connects the customer service team, the training department, outside reps, demo staff and customers themselves.

From time to time you may serve as back up to the customer service department.

We use the ACT contact manager program.

Experience Required.
You must have 2 + years experience in the natural products industry selling to or servicing natural product stores. You must have references. Salary is commensurate with experience and is open to discussion.

Where it happens.
You will be able to fulfill your responsibilities from your home office and will supply your own computer equipment. We will pay for your phone, postage and office supply expenses. You will network into our existing phone and computer service. You will be able to enter orders directly into our accounting software.
