Inside Sales- Work from your home office! We sell our products to natural product stores such as Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, independent stores, salons, spas, catalogs, pharmacies and gift stores. The candidate must be experienced in the natural products industry. The Inside Sales person is responsible for keeping our wholesale customers happy! Inside sales makes outbound and inbound contacts daily to store buyers. The goal is to provide caring service to and encourage orders from our many current accounts and to acquire new accounts for the company all via telephone. You are the hub of a wheel that connects Ecco Bella Customer Service, outside reps, demo staff and customers. From time to time you may serve as back up to the customer service department. We use the ACT contact manager program. Experience Required You must have 2 + years experience in the natural products industry selling and servicing natural product stores. You must have references. We offer white glove service to our customers, along with the finest natural and organic products. We want only the most professional candidates who love to make friends.
