I've been an EccoBella Vanilla Lotion user for years. Recently, I have had a few minor "issues" ( I hate that word) with your company. I was ready to find another lotion. Then, I was contacted by Stacey Gasperini, whose customer service was so amazing. I forgot about my issues. I couldn't wait to order again. She then, in turn, got me in touch with Carol Murphy. I was only planning on trying one or two of your other products. But, because of the customer service I received I will be purchasing over $300.00 worth of items. I was trying to get it ordered by the end of the week. I now want to sit down this weekend and see everything you have. I am very busy at work and didn't want to rush anything. Thanks to the excellent customer service I received and the knowledge of the product presented to me, you have a life long customer.
