Led by Peter Wallerstein, MAR works to free whales, seals, sea lions, dolphins, birds and other California coast-dwellers from peril such as netting and the ingestion of plastics and various toxins. MAR educates about the causes of these problems, along with rescuing and releasing marine animals safely back to their freedom every day of the week.
