Wow! Not too often I find customer service like that anymore!

In addition to that, I wanted to let you know something else I was impressed with. I placed an order, then realized I forgot to add powder so I placed that order the next day. I was expecting, and willing to pay shipping on both. Then I noticed as I was checking my account that the shipping cost of the second order had been refunded and they had been shipped together, without me even asking. I couldn't believe my eyes. Most companies are out to make a buck and nothing more.

The experiences I have had already with Ecco Bella have made me a customer for life. Thanks for being such an trustworthy and helpful company that remembers what customer service means:)

I found your website after I was checking to see if CoverGirl (disclaimer I do not own this company) tested on animals. They do. I should have looked up that information before I bought concealer. I wanted to find a company that was organic and animal-testing free. I raised over 100 dollars for my local animal shelter by selling bracelets that I made, around the age of 12 and I am still concerned about animals even though I am much older now. I am trying to eat healthier and be more aware of what I am doing to my body as a New Year's resolution. I am starting out small like using natural face cleansers and deodorants. I have to change my hair products, makeup and other everyday things that will not harm animals or myself. Ecco Bella is helping me do this. Before I fond this website I was not as aware or concerned with natural every-day products and I will try to take small steps to convert to using more natural products. Thank you for opening my eyes.

You had me at "the mascara". I've tried other big name natural mascara's in the past only to be disappointed. They flake off and made my eyes itch. Ecco Bella mascara doesn't do that at all and it give me volume. I love it!!

Best lipstick ever

I have used hundreds of lipsticks and many brands over the years, but my favorite lipstick ever is Eco Bella in Pink Rose. It makes my lips creamy and it is long-lasting. I love that it does not smell perfumey. I'm sorry that I can't find it at Whole Foods any longer. Please do not ever stop making it.
