FlowerColor Powder Eyeliner Refills

Use them wet or dry with a Q-tip or an eyeliner brush for the most natural looking, foolproof eyeliner. Each eye powder comes with it’s own sponge applicator. Gluten-free. Preservative-free. Vegan.

Tip: Dampen an eyeliner brush and dip into the powder. Gently tamp onto the base of your eyelashes. One, two, three - done and beautiful!

Ingredients: Mica, kaolin, cornstarch, magnesium carbonate, zinc oxide, sweet almond oil, lecithin, green tea extract, aloe vera extract and flower wax iron oxides.
