I was chatting with my Make up artist Deepa Berar this morning about skin and hair issues and I was again raving about the incredible effects I have witnessed by juicing daily. Juicing can help to heal skin and reduce inflammation among many other benefits. I am at almost a month of  juicing now- never missed a day and so glad I started!
